The segment represented the continuation of the TV Istinomjer project which began in mid 2012 with the launching of three pilot episodes which can be viewed on the Istinomjer website.<\/p>\n<p>In 2013, the Istinomjer team plans on continuing the project in cooperation with Voice of America on a monthly basis.<\/p>\n<div>\n<p>Istinomjer team and C.A.
