This page should also create a space for public and open exchange of views\u00a0on the current and the future constitutional arrangements, so all interested parties can offer its own<br \/>\nversion of the amendments to the constitutional arrangements in Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as to comment\u00a0on the existing and proposed constitutional solutions.<\/p>\n<p>As\u00a0Brkan\u00a0Darko, the President of the Association &#8220;Why not&#8221;, \u00a0pointed,\u00a0\u00a0this platform has come at a time\u00a0when the constitutional topic and legislation are the most current issue in today&#8217;s\u00a0BH\u00a0society,\u00a0and that is in the process of constitutional reform really needed that the citizens and give their opinion about.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;In the constitutional reform\u00a0\u00a0process of\u00a0BiH, citizens had very little or no space to present their views\u00a0on the constitutional arrangements for Bosnia and Herzegovina.
