The program aims to encourage political dialogue and cooperation among different think tanks, civil society organizations and political actors coming from Western Balkans (Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Kosovo, Macedonia, Montenegro and Serbia).<\/p>\n<p>TRAIN program has several stages: research, writing and dissemination, spread out in the following timeline:<\/p>\n<p>Introduction seminar in Zagreb (14-17 April), which is envisaged as period where participants define their research topics, initiate networking, and exchange good practices. At the introduction seminar will be presented the research proposals, which will be discussed at the joint sessions among the participants.<\/p>\n<p>Seminar in Berlin (24-28 June) which will serve for review of draft researches. Besides the usual review of senior researches, there is additional peer review. The seminar in Berlin will be also used for networking with actors active in Berlin, and the participants will be able to present their research in front of representatives from different political institutions.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to the final seminar in Brussels &#8211; the participants are expected to organize dissemination and presentation of the final policy paper in front of key relevant decision makers.<\/p>\n<p>Seminar in Brussels (November 2013) &#8211; is the final phase of the TRAIN Program. During the in Brussels the researches have a chance to present their findings and recommendations to the actors of different institutions (European Commission, European Parliament, and the Council of Ministers) and other organizations based in Brussels.<\/p>\n<p>In the TRAIN Program 2013, the CSO\u00a0\u201eZa\u0161to ne\u201c represented by Roska Vrgova, will work together with\u00a0\u00a0<span style=\"font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif;\">the\u00a0Institute\u00a0for Democracy \u201eSocietas Civilis\u201c from Macedonia, represented by Jovan Bliznakovski. The two researches will \u00a0detect the similarities and the disparities in the education system in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Macedonia (with focus on physical segregation in schools), with special\u00a0<\/span>emphasis<span style=\"font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif;\">\u00a0on the positive practices present in both countries. The topic is of great relevance as it directly influences the upbringing of future generations, and it defines the character of countries.
