The Fourteenth International Conference e-<\/span>Society<\/span>, that was called “Media Literate Citizens for Accountable Institutions” took place on December 11, 2018 in Skopje, Macedonia.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Our colleague Danira Karovic was part of the fifth panel called “Greater citizens\u2019 trust in institutions through transparency via Accountability, Technology and Institutional Openness Network in SEE project”, where she talked about Regional Openness Index, and about “Index” in Bosnia and Herzegovina.<\/span><\/p>\n

The conference was organized by Metamorphosis, Foundation for Internet and Society in synergy with the projects \u201cThe Critical Thinking for Mediawise Citizens \u2013 CriThink\u201d (crithink.mk – <\/span>\u0421\u043e \u043a\u0440\u0438\u0442\u0438\u0447\u043a\u043e \u043c\u0438\u0441\u043b\u0435\u045a\u0435 \u0434\u043e \u0433\u0440\u0430\u0453\u0430\u043d\u0438 \u0441\u043e \u043c\u0435\u0434\u0438\u0443\u043c\u0441\u043a\u0430 \u0443\u043c\u0435\u0448\u043d\u043e\u0441\u0442 – \u041a\u0440\u0438\u0422\u0438\u043d\u043a<\/span><\/a>, <\/span>Mendim kritik p\u00ebr qytetar\u00eb me shkatht\u00ebsi mediatike – KriThink<\/span><\/a>) and <\/span>Accountability, Technology and Institutional Openness Network in SEE<\/span><\/a> (<\/span>#ACTIONSEE<\/span><\/a>) funded by the European Union, the projects \u201cMedia Reforms Observatory\u201d (<\/span>#mediaobservatorium<\/span><\/a>) and \u201cVistinomer.mk\u201d (<\/span>\u0412\u0438\u0441\u0442\u0438\u043d\u043e\u043c\u0435\u0440 | V\u00ebrtetmat\u00ebs<\/span><\/a>) supported by the Foundation Open Society \u2013 Macedonia (<\/span>\u0424\u043e\u043d\u0434\u0430\u0446\u0438\u0458\u0430 \u041e\u0442\u0432\u043e\u0440\u0435\u043d\u043e \u043e\u043f\u0448\u0442\u0435\u0441\u0442\u0432\u043e – \u041c\u0430\u043a\u0435\u0434\u043e\u043d\u0438\u0458\u0430<\/span><\/a>) as well as the project \u201cPromoting, Shaping and Upholding Internet Freedoms\u201d supported by the Association for Progressive Communications – <\/span>APC<\/span><\/a> and the project \u201cDeveloping Methodology for Citizen Monitoring of Surveillance Services in Macedonia\u201d through <\/span>IFEX<\/span><\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
