{"id":8038,"date":"2020-11-19T20:49:57","date_gmt":"2020-11-19T20:49:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/zastone.ba\/?p=8038"},"modified":"2020-11-19T20:58:03","modified_gmt":"2020-11-19T20:58:03","slug":"online-panel-25th-anniversary-of-the-dayton-peace-accords-the-path-forward","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/zastone.ba\/en\/online-panel-25th-anniversary-of-the-dayton-peace-accords-the-path-forward\/","title":{"rendered":"Online event: 25th Anniversary of the Dayton Peace Accords -The Path Forward"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span class=\"lead\">In recognizing the 25th anniversary of the Dayton Peace Accords, the Advisory Council for Bosnia and Herzegovina (ACBH) will organize online event this Friday, November 20, 2020 at 10AM EST.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-responsive alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/zastone.ba\/app\/uploads\/2020\/11\/encijajxyami9pr.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"lead\">This month marks the 25th anniversary of the signing of the Dayton Peace Accords, a U.S. brokered peace deal that ended the three and a half years of ethnic cleansing and genocide against Bosnia and Herzegovina\u2019s (BiH) non-Serb population.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>In many respects, this has been a monumental achievement as there has not been a return to violence.
