Both entities’ governments in Bosnia and Herzegovina in the end of last year have taken the decision to increase pensions by about 5% in FBiH and 2% in the RS. However, it is interesting to see how true is the statement of RS Prime Minister Željke Cvijanović that the pensions in this entity in January 2014. are to be higher by 7.3% compared to January 2013.
Also this month’s TV Istinomjer deals with election promises of SDP and SNSD on the growth of average pension in relation to average wage, and investigate if it will be possible to fulfill this promise to the end of the term.
