The full program of the POINT 3.0 conference published

The full program of POINT 3.0 conference taking place in Art Cinema Kriterion in Sarajevo from May 22nd to May 24th is now published. You can check it on the officialweb site of POINT.3.0.

We are proud to say that this year’s program offers a variety of great speakers, panels, exhibitions, workshops and screenings. POINT 3.0, among other great speakers, will feature Michael Slaby, the CTO of the Obama 2008 campaign; Chris Albon from Ushahidi; Sultan Al-Qassemi, one of the most distinguished bloggers and analysts on the Middle East; Anna Babinets from Ukraine’s YanukovychLeaks; Ekaterina Patyulina, head of the Internet campaign for Navalny for Moscow Mayor; and Erkan Saka and  Asli Tunc from Bilgu University in Turkey. Several panels in the two days of the conference would address interesting and burning issues, like challenges of open government, humor and satire as means of political activism, measuring truth in the eve of elections and political activism going digital. As always, we will focus on the burning political and technology topics, gathering experiences from Ukraine, Russia, Turkey, Egypt, the Middle East, Baltic region, USA and other not less interesting places.

POINT conference is organized by CA Why not (Zašto ne) from BiH, in cooperation with Center for Research on Transparency and Accountability (CRTA) from Serbia, Metamorphosis from Macedonia, Mjaft from Albania, Center for Democratic Transition (CDT) from Montenegro and IPKO Foundation from Kosovo.
