TV Istinomjer – the authorities in BiH didn’t have response to floods

The unprecedented floods in our country have put into light all weaknesses of BiH authorities, who have failed to provide adequate protection or even timely warning to citizens. Once again it was shown that there is no system of coordination of civil protection, and that within years there was no progress in establishing a system that would allow to respond to natural disasters.
